Young Talents Initiative (YTI) is a registered non-profit organization committed to empowering the next generation through FREE SKILLS TRAINING, talent discovery, mentorship, creativity, innovation, and youth development.

We believe that every child and young person has potential—but potential needs opportunity, guidance, and the right skills to grow.

Our approach is simple yet powerful: empower skills before talent. We equip children and young people with practical, relevant skills they can apply in school, everyday life, future careers, entrepreneurship, and their communities—helping them build confidence, discover their potential, and prepare for a brighter future.

 Through our FREE SKILLS TRAINING and youth development programmes, participants are encouraged to learn, create, explore their talents, build confidence, and discover what they can achieve.
